Secondary Breaking Crusher

Features

Secondary breaking crushers were developed as a result of the growing need to reduce disposal volume and recycle concrete waste created during concrete building demolition. Secondary breaking crushers have flat, wide jaw ends that can grapple and crush large amounts of concrete lumps at one time. The crushing force of the secondary breaking crushers is generally smaller than that of primary breaking crushers but the jaw opening/ closing cycle time is faster. Also, most secondary breaking crushers do not have a rotational function

Applications

Secondary breaking crushers are used to break concrete lumps into small pieces and to separate rebars from concrete. By crushing the concrete lumps into small pieces (down to around hand size), they can be used for re-filling ground at the demolition site and may be utilized at other job sites as recycled aggregate. The transportation cost to the final disposal site can be reduced because the small concrete pieces can be densely loaded onto the truck deck. Also, recovered reinforcing bars can be sold as scrap

Features
Troublesome ferrous materials such as rebar is efficiently removed and separated with the Okada Magnet Pulverizer and the concrete debris is crushed into pieces for recycling. Using the Okada Magnet Pulverizer to pre-sort and pre-crush concrete makes your crushing plant more productive and remarkably improves the service life of wear parts in the crushing plant. This also helps keep the crushing plant free from the clogging or bridging of rebar occurring in the crusher. The OKADA speed valve produces the fastest cycle time (jaw open and close) and cylinder rod cover ensures less downtime. A larger diameter hydraulic cylinder is used for unmatched crushing force.

.

No additional modification on your excavator machine is needed from the plumbing kit of conventional crushers to operate the magnet
OSC-83MV
OKADA specially made large, rectangular and powerful Electromagnet. The magnet is built into the main frame and does not interfere with the operators view, ensuring safe operation and increased productivity. The electromagnet is powered by your machine's alternator. The electrical system is controlled and monitored from a control panel located in the operators cabin.
