OKADA Hydraulic breakers (Small class)


Okada small class hammers are suitable for mounting onto Mini-excavator, Skid-steer loaders, and Tractor loader backhoes. Typical uses include all types of demolition work, excavation, trenching work and more.

OKADA advanced technology has achieved the goal of eliminating theneed for an accumulator without affecting the hydraulic apparatus of the carrier machine, reducing both maintenance costs and downtime.

		Impact energy is produced by high hydraulic working pressure assisted by a low nitrogen gas back-cap charge. This allows the breaker to operate on less flow than other breakers in the same class. The advantage is a breaker that demands less flow from the carrier hydraulics while producing maximum impact energy through higher input energy conversion. Long stroke and high piston velocity produce the greatest impact energy in this class of hydraulic breakers. Okada’s unique heat treatment procedure produces special strength working steels. The result is long wear life in a variety of job applications such as trenching, re-enforced concrete demolition, rock breaking and road construction. Large upper and lower tool bushings are designed and manufactured using improved heat treatment procedures and a special alloy material. The result is superior service life for the bushings. Advanced precision machining processes along with strict Okada quality control are used to produce all main breaker components. There is no need for complete assembly replacements.The use of high precision parts mean economical,labor-saving rebuilds of your Okada breaker.
