OKADA Hydraulic breakers (Mid.class)




This breaker (TOP210,TOP300) features unique patentedOKADA technology that takes advantage of theupper high pressure chamber reversion principle toutilize both
hydraulic power andcompressednitrogengas.
When the piston is in strike motion, the lower part of the piston is free of back pressure.The hydraulic power plus compressed nitrogen gas applied to the piston head is highly efficiently converted into impact power, producing unmatched impact power.

Advanced precision machining, sophisticated assembling processes, and strict quality control all work together to create a compact breaker body with fewer moving parts. The advantage is efficient and safe operation and economical total operating cost.

Breaker brackets are made of heavy gauge high tensile steel plates and are designed to afford maximum protection to the breaker body while allowing for heat dissipation. The advantage is a cooler-running breaker that offers easy maintenance access and less downtime.

Okada bushing designs, a special heat treatment process and individually lubricated bushings enhance the service life of the wear parts

These breakers are perfect for mounting onto very large crawler excavators.
The tremendous impact force of these units produces maximum results in quarries and
large scale trenching jobs






Unprecedented durability
The square-shaped main body is created using a special alloy and subjected to advanced heat treatment processing, making the hammer body extremely durable. In addition, OKB series hammers use fewer parts than competing brands of hydraulic breakers, so there is far less chance of problems developing. There are only three moving parts - the piston, the valve and the accumulator bladder. (There are only two moving parts in theTop200 and smaller models.)

Long life
New special alloy steels and an advanced heat treatment system enhance main component durability. By adding greasing points, both the shank bushing and front cap bushing are lubricated individually, resulting in longer service life.

Stringent quality control and exhaustive testing
Every step in production, from material selection and machining to hardening and final assembly, is controlled by an exhaustive quality control system. To ensure the absolute best quality possible,each unit is fully tested in a specially equipped room dedicated to performance inspection.
